At Jeff Goodwin Guide Service, our booking/reservation desk is available to take calls from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday thru Saturday. Sunday’s are generally set aside for family time but Jaynie or I will respond most of the time when we can. I am usually on the water during the day, and generally unavailable until late afternoon but Jaynie is available for calls most of the day, 6 days a week. We will take all inquiries and complete all of our fishing trip reservations at our office number or through email. Your calls and messages are very important to us, so please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may experience a somewhat delayed response the day of your inquiry but we promise we will get back to you well within 24 hours! If we can not accommodate your trip request we will, in many cases, recommend another great guide for you to fish with. Thank you for contacting us, and we’ll look forward to talking with you soon!

Payment Options accepted

  • Full payment is gladly accepted at the time of reservation, however a 50% minimum deposit is required to confirm your fishing trip reservation. We can send you an email invoice via Pay Pal where credit and debit cards are accepted and a Pay Pal account is NOT required. If paying by personal check, your reservation will be complete the day we receive your check and update your trip invoice status. The remaining balance for your trip is due on the day of the trip and can be paid with cash only. If you wish to pay your remaining balance prior to your trip we will send you another final payment invoice.

  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your fishing trip. Rescheduling your trip in advance in-lieu of cancelling is acceptable and appreciated. If you fail to call and cancel, or you are a no show, your deposit will be rightfully forfeited.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to un fishable lake or river conditions. We will promptly refund your deposit if you are unable to reschedule a trip with us.

  • We have not increased our rates for 2024, and in some cases made some of our trip rates even more affordable for our larger groups this year. Gratuities are not required but are definitely appreciated and will help us to continue to provide the same services without increasing prices in the near future. Gratuities can be paid online through PayPal or can be given to our Captains at the conclusion of your trip with us. If for some reason you feel a gratuity is not worked for or deserved, please let us know what went wrong for you so we can improve our services during our future fishing trips. Thank you!
