At Jeff Goodwin Guide Service, our booking/reservation desk is available to take calls from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm seven days a week. My team of guides and I are usually on the water and are generally unavailable until late afternoon. Our office manager, Jaynie Goodwin, will take all inquiries and complete all of our fishing trip reservations at our office number or through email. Your calls and messages are very important to us, so please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Payment Options accepted
Full payment is gladly accepted at the time of reservation, however a minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve your fishing trip. I can send you an email invoice via Pay Pal where credit and debit cards are accepted and a Pay Pal account is not required. If paying by personal check, your reservation will be complete the day your check clears the bank. The remaining balance for your trip is due on the day of the trip and can be paid with cash or credit card.
Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your fishing trip. Rescheduling your trip in advance is acceptable. If you fail to call and cancel, or you are a no show, your deposit will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unfishable river conditions. We will promptly refund your deposit if you are unable to reschedule a trip with us.
