Sac River steelhead show their most significant returns to the Coleman NFH near Cottonwood, Ca. in late fall. This year will be no excetion and I'm happy to report that we are seeing pods of early season steelhead already! Look for the numbers to imrove as we move closer to our late fall season and as we continue to see a series of wet weather systems moving through our area. With this weeks rains, I would expect to see improved fishing for both steelhead and our prized "late fall" King salmon.

Can't go wrong here!! Absolutely top notch guide!! Jeff assisted me with my 5 year old daughter rainbow fishing and was a very patient teacher! I then booked a salmon trip with him later in the fall and had a great time! Jeff's gear is top notch and his boat is second to none on the water! Even with a tough bite that day, Jeff worked hard to get everyone in the boat on to a fish! I'm looking forward to fishing with him again! Reasonable rates and great equipment! Great combination!
